Founded by TV personality Jules Robinson, FIGUR is a shapewear range for all women, of all sizes. Designed for confidence and comfort, FIGUR strives to achieve the goal of making women feel beautiful in their clothes and in their everyday lives.
Background and Strategy
Before we started working with FIGUR, Jules had already built a substantial Instagram following and had successfully leveraged that to generate sales for FIGUR from day one.
However, the results from the Facebook advertising campaigns for FIGUR were barely profitable, and Jules was not confident that the campaigns could be scaled up to accelerate business growth. She recognised the need to seek outside advice to help grow FIGUR to where she wanted to get to in the next 12 months.
Jules engaged us to do just that, and we immediately took two actions: ran several tests to determine the best audiences and ad types for the FIGUR Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns, and set to work creating design mockups to increase the conversion rates on all major landing pages on the FIGUR website.
Combining these two highly effective strategies, the FIGUR website conversion rate has steadily climbed, and the ad campaigns have averaged a very profitable 5.05x return on ad spend to date, on more than double the original ad spend!

With a fresh body-inclusive message that has broad appeal, sales of FIGUR shapewear has more than doubled in 2021, and is set to double again in 2022. The potential to scale the advertising campaigns is huge, and there are still significant inroads to be made to further maximise website conversion rates.
